where can i find a doc. who can come to the home for care of an elderly person?
my grandmother is 95 years old with Alzheimer’s disease… she needs a primary doc. to make home visits. she lives in queens new york.

Good luck with that, it will be near impossible to find a doctor who will make a house call.
Try you local Home Health Agency – local hospital or yellow pages should have contact info – also your area Agency on the Aging. They may could help, if nothing else perhaps a in home visit by a Nurse Practitioner.
