What do I do? There building a large complex in the back of my house.?
I bought this house three years ago there’s a large woods in back of it including partial wetlands. I got a certified letter on Friday that there is a proposal on the table to build 214 apartments on this property. I assume they have a plan to get around the wetlands thing. I went to the municipality today and they couldent tell me if it’s low income or senior citizen. What are the common ways to fight this? I don’t have 500hr for a attorney. There’s going to be a formal hearing on the 15th. This is in new jersey if that helps.

The bad thing about living near undeveloped land is the possibility of what is going to be developed. If they are in compliance with the zoning law there is nothing you can do. Sounds like they are trying to get an zoning exception, if this is the case you can rally your neighbors, go to that hearing and protest.
