how do i report harassment in the building that i live in?
I live in a senior citizen high rise and I am being harassment by the president of the Tenant Council. He had the office manager and a police just come into my apartment and seach it, just to see if I had someone living with me. Is that right? He keep writing letters to the office with that same accusation. None of which is true.

Something doesn't sound right here. No police can enter someone apt with or without a manage unless a crime has been commit or suspected.
The rules of the complex unless it is a crime are not dealt with by the police dept. That is not their job.
You need to file a complaint with the police dept regarding this and contact a lawyer. Period.
